Refund and Returns Policy

At Swift Cart Innovation LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of food and edible products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, unless:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or spoiled upon delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product has expired or is close to expiry at the time of delivery

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests made after this time may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3. Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.

4. Replacements

Where applicable, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A store credit, or
  • A full or partial refund

The resolution method will be decided based on product availability and the nature of the issue.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened or consumed food items
  • Products were damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
